3. Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To exchange an item, email us to check availability. You may need to place a new order while your return is processed.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, email us within 7 days of receiving it with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
